Registration with Wine Inspector constitutes full, complete and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
General Conditions of Use and Sale.

ARTICLE 1 – CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

Sales are always made under the conditions described below, which constitute the law of the parties and which
prevail over any other document originating from the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Wine Inspector.

ARTICLE 2 – COMMANDES RECEPTION ET ACCEPTATION DES ORDRES

Orders are placed by the customer directly with The Wine Inspector, via its website
internet or by email at: contact@wine-inspector.com.


In the absence of a dispute by The Wine Inspector and after validation of available stocks, the
order will be considered accepted and the sale will be deemed to have been made.


Failure to validate an order does not entitle you to any damages of any kind.
In any case, orders must comply with The Wine Inspector's packaging,
namely in multiples of 5000, no modification of the packaging being possible.


For the integration of one of the medallions into commercial labels, the customer sends to The
Wine Inspector a color BAT of the project previously validated by him. It can be sent by the
customer or their printer, at contact@wine-inspector.com.


The Wine Inspector charges a fee for the use of The Wine Inspector medallion on the
product. The Wine Inspector checks compliance with the graphic charter. Once the invoice is paid, he
notifies its validation to the participant and/or their printer by return email.


The printer will produce the labels after receiving validation from The Wine Inspector. None
printing cannot be carried out without this validation.

The order validated by The Wine Inspector under the conditions set out above can no longer be
the subject of any subsequent modification, cancellation or postponement of the deadline, even in the event of
payment of deposit upon order, unless expressly accepted in writing by The Wine Inspector.

ARTICLE 3 - LIVRAISONS ET DELAIS

The delivery times indicated on any document originating either from The Wine Inspector or from the customer,
are always given as an indication.


Deliveries are handled by service providers selected by The Wine Inspector. For tastings,
Once the products arrive at the premises where they are tasted, they are tasted within two weeks.
For physical medallions, delivered by The Wine Inspector or its service providers, deliveries
occur 5 to 7 days after their purchase.


Any delay in delivery may under no circumstances constitute grounds for cancellation of an order or
refusal of delivery and may under no circumstances give rise to payment by The Wine Inspector of
any damages, late payment penalties, compensation or costs of any kind, even if
even if the opposite would be provided for in the client's documents.

ARTICLE 4 – RECEIPT, NON-CONFORMITY

Delivery is subject to the signature of a delivery slip. The customer must imperatively check, upon

In the event of non-conformity or shortages, any claim of whatever nature, relating to

no further claims will be accepted by The Wine Inspector, which will be released from any
liability for non-conformity and the number of products delivered.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICE

The prices appearing in the price lists, catalogues or any other document issued by The Wine Inspector are
Net prices, postage included. They are given for information purposes only and without guarantee of duration. The Wine
Inspector reserves the right to modify the price of its products at any time, it being specified that in the event of
price variation, the applicable price will be that in effect on the date of receipt of the order.

ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT AND DEFAULT OF PAYMENT

Payment for ordered products is made by bank transfer or check.
Payment for products sold by The Wine Inspector is made upon ordering.

ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Article L121-16-1 of the Consumer Code excludes from the right of withdrawal sales made between
professionals in the event that the subject of the contract falls within the main scope of activity of the company
client.

ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Wine Inspector makes every effort to market impeccable products both in terms of
from the point of view of presentation as well as quality.


In order to preserve all the qualities of the products, The Wine Inspector recommends that customers
store the products in a place that allows good conservation and in particular in a place
sheltered from light, sun, frost and rain and without sudden temperature variations.

products sold would be stored in abnormal conditions or conditions incompatible with their nature
and in particular in the event of non-compliance by the customer with the above transport and storage conditions

ARTICLE 9 – COMPETENT COURT – APPLICABLE LAW

By express agreement between the parties, the Commercial Court of Nimes will have sole jurisdiction.

ACCESS TO THE SITE

The site is accessible free of charge anywhere to any User with Internet access. All
costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, connection

The trademark and medallion “The Wine Inspector” are registered.

The Wine Inspector is the owner of the trademark and medallion The Wine Inspector, registered in

Reproduction of the medallion brand is subject to authorization.
Any reproduction of The Wine Inspector medallion must receive authorization

Its use is limited in time and quantity. Three types of use of the medallion are
possible:


- The purchase of self-adhesive medallions to be affixed to products or their packaging –
- The integration of the medallion into commercial labels
- Integration of the medallion on other types of commercial media
